2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Maison Van Assche and to any distance agreement concluded between the business and the consumer via the website.

3. Product Information and Prices
We strive to describe all products accurately. Prices are stated in euros and include VAT. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind us.

4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through available methods. Orders are only processed after full payment.

5. Delivery
All jewelry is handcrafted in our Antwerp atelier. Standard delivery time is 3 to 6 weeks. For urgent orders, please contact us in advance.

6. Right of Withdrawal
According to Belgian law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving your item.

Exceptions:
Custom-made or personalized jewelry is excluded from this right.

Return Procedure:

Return the item within 14 days after notification

Refunds are made within 14 days after receipt, if in original condition

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless due to an error on our part

7. Warranty
All items come with a 2-year legal warranty in accordance with Belgian law.

8. Liability
Maison Van Assche is not liable for damage due to misuse, theft, loss, or external causes.

9. Complaints
Complaints should be reported within a reasonable time via info@maisonvanassche.com. We aim to respond within 7 working days.

10. Intellectual Property
All images, texts, and designs on our website are property of Maison Van Assche or partners. Use without written consent is prohibited.

11. Cookies & Privacy

12. Jurisdiction
All disputes fall under Belgian law. Only the courts of Antwerp are competent.

13. Product Images & Color Representation
Images on the Maison Van Assche website are shown as realistically as possible. Products may appear larger or smaller. Color may vary depending on your screen. Photos and renders are illustrative and not legally binding.

14. Total Carat Weight
The stated carat weight is as accurate as possible. Small deviations may occur due to handcrafted production.

15. Ring Size
Choosing the correct ring size is the customer’s responsibility. A free ring sizer is available on request. Costs may apply for resizing.

16. Certificates
All diamonds of 0.30 ct or more are accompanied by a certificate from GIA, HRD, or IGI describing the 4Cs.
